Agility Distance Seminar with CRAIG COONRAD

There will be 10 working slots in each session and unlimited audit slots.

Novice Seminar
8:30 - 12:00
Will set a foundation of the skills necessary to succeed at a distance. This session will
focus on drive, directionals, course analysis and pressure to create a successful
partnership at a distance.
Advanced Seminar
1:00 - 4:30
To work with a team’s established bases, and to fine tune the skills to help create a
true partnership at a distance, including managing working area, timing, and driving
more advanced sequences.
Craig Coonrad was born in Washington State, the son of an executive assistant and
cattleman. Craig had the good fortune of growing up in the country with lots of animals
to love and train. Craig watched his father move cattle using the Bud Willians pressure
method. Impressed as a young boy, Craig transferred what he learned from his father
to develop the foundation of Pathworks Agility training. Craig has been a NADAC
Judge for 12 years, a NADAC supervising Judge for 7 years and has judged NADAC
Championships 5 different times. Craig has judged over 230 agility trials and over
100,000 runs. Craig teaches locally as well as all around the country, specializing in
skills that help create distance. He makes his home in Glendale, Arizona.

8:00 am - course open to walk at 7:45 am
We will have “nested” AKC standard courses (novice & open)
All dogs in each jump height will run, then we will change the jump height
$3 for first run, $2 for each additional run
